Do you have clothing or home accents that you would like to consign? Let the ladies at Divine Consign help you. Read through our consignment details and contact the store with any questions.

Because of our valued consignors and their unique treasures each day brings a new shopping experience.

WHAT DO YOU CONSIGN?


We accept in season women's apparel, shoes and accessories such as handbags, scarves, jewelry as well as home accent furnishings. Spring/Summer are received from January-June and Fall/Winter from August-December.
WE HAVE THREE EASY WAYS FOR YOU TO CONSIGN:

CONSIGNOR CONTRACT

IN-STORE DROP OFF

  • You may bring items in Monday thru Thursday without an appointment between 10-6.  
  • We will evaluate your items while you wait. No out-of- season or items older than 2 years old will be accepted. 
  • Please inspect all items. Items must be clean or dry cleaned, odor and smoke free, no tears, frayed linings, rips, buttons missing, stains, etc. We do not accept clothing in bags or wrinkled.   
  • We have a 20-item maximum for clothing per consignor. All items need to be on hangers. 

IN-HOME PICK UP

  • Must be within a 10-mile radius of stores in Charlotte, NC or Fort Mill, SC.  
  • Contact our store and let us know that you are interested in the in-home pick up service. An associate will explain the process, schedule an appointment to come to your home and look through your items.

SHIP TO US

  • Must be shipped from within the United States. 
  • We have a 5-item maximum per shipment, per consignor. 
  • Items must be a brand from our list of accepted designers. (see brand page of website)
  • Consignors are responsible for all shipping costs and fees. 
  • Items must be shipped only to:
    8145 Ardrey Kell Road, Suite 101, Charlotte, NC 28277
  • Items not accepted will be shipped back to sender, or donated.  
  • Print and include a signed copy of the consignor contract in your shipment.
  • Payout checks will be mailed to consignors on last day of each calendar month.
  • Contact our store and let us know that you are interested in our ship to us service. An associate will explain the process.

HOW DOES THE PAYOUT WORK?

Our professional sales staff will make every effort to showcase and sell all items and once sold our valued consignors receive 40% of the sale price. Consignors receive 60% of the sale price on Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Hermes and Burberry products.  

Payouts will be every Monday. At the end of 30 and 60 days come by the store to check the status of your account and receive payment for any items sold. Items shipped to us, checks will be mailed on last day of each calendar month.

Items will be marketed for 60 days and any goods not picked up by the
consignor beyond the 60 days will be reduced in price or donated.

LIABILITY


Divine Consign will work diligently to care for all consignments. However we are not responsible for loss by theft, fire, water, negligence in handling, or any other damage. Items that are brought in are at the owner’s risk. This is common practice within the consignment industry.
